Along with being the Executive Minister, Bro. Marlow serves as a key operational figure responsible for overseeing and coordinating various ministries within the church. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with ministry leaders, and ensuring the effective implementation of programs that align with the church's mission and vision. The Director of Ministry serves as a key liaison between church leadership and ministry teams, fostering a sense of unity, purpose, and growth within the congregation.
